The rank Community Advisory Council is the first High Rank.
It is obtainable by showing outstanding activity as the rank FD or passing an inspection with leadership presence as the rank Facility Director (FD)
With this rank, you are allowed to host riot protocols, Help in inspections, as well as co-host inspections. You are also allowed to supervise trainings.
With this rank, you get HR+ admin.
The rank also gives you access to the High Command team.
