Deputy Warden is one of the highest Low Ranks (LR) and this rank will give you permission to toogle a Lockdown (LD). You can also give permission to activate a LD but there are requirements before activating a LD)
This function is abused very often. Please note that incorrect use of an LD can land you in trouble so make sure that you have a valid reason.
The Uniform of the Deputy Warden (Or DW) looks almost the same as Warden (W), Unlike the Warden Uniform, they have 3 stripes (Unlike the Commander's 2 stripe uniform and the Warden's 4 stripe Uniform)
