Control Room[]
The Control Room (commonly known as CR) allows you to do many things, like start a lockdown or close doors in the cell block. Only COMM+ is allowed to enter the room. If you are not COMM+, then you may get kicked if you enter. The max amount of people that can be in the control room is 3, Most likely the 3 highest ranks will stay.
Lockdown[]
By pressing on the Toggle Lockdown button when you have the menu open, you can enable or disable the Lockdown. Lockdowns are usually when more than 3 armed inmates are raiding when there are more than 5 criminals or when there is a Lockdown Drill during a shift. When there is a Lockdown Drill, you may not turn off Lockdown and only SI+ allowed to enter the Control Room. Only DW+ Can Start Lockdowns and they must be in the ERT team to activate or deactivate it. In sessions, only SI+ may stay in the CR, when there is an active Lockdown Drill.
Doors[]
You can open or close doors by pressing each button (The red button means the door is closed, and the Green button means the door is open) or by just pressing the "Close All" or "Open All" button in the center. This allows you to quickly close doors from within the Control Room, instead of having to manually walk by each door and close them there. A keycard can be found from the Criminal base.
Lights[]
You can also change the brightness of the light inside the Cell Block by pressing the Toggle Brightness. This option doesn't have a use, but it still is a small feature that all players on the ERT team can use, if they're COMM+.

Doors and Gates[]
By being on a staff team (Correctional Staff, Emergency Response Team, High Command, Overseer Command) you can open doors and gates by pressing E or tapping the hand on mobile. However, if you are a Criminal or on a prisoner team (Inmate, Maximum Security Inmate, Solitary Confinement), you will need to equip the Fake Keycard in your hand and complete a small puzzle to open a door. You will need the gamepass or pickpocket a guard to get a keycard.
There are also small gate control rooms between gates, only players on a staff team can use these.
Radio[]
The radio is accessible to all ranks on any guard team. It can be used to communicate with other guards. You can also use them to change your channel between 1, 2, and 3 by clicking the number. The radio used to have a panic button and a callsign feature, but those have been removed.
Transmit[]
By pressing on T (Transmit button below on mobile), you can send messages on the radio to your other teammates. This can be used if you wish to tell them your location, if there are any armed inmates, the status, and, most important of all, during shifts.
Channels[]
By default, you are put in channel 1, where most of the people will be communicating. Channels are important for sessions as the host or co-host will usually be sent instructions in a different channel so they are not interrupting normal gameplay when you respawn your radio will reset and channel will switch back to the channel 1.
For shifts, the attendees and the host will all be using another channel (Usually channel 2), as it is easier for them to communicate.
Punishments[]
Any staff in the prison, whether you're a Correctional Staff or ERT, has to punish prisoners if they do something wrong and should not treat friends or people any differentley depeding on if you know them/ if they have bribed you.
Warnings[]
Each prisoner has to receive 3 warnings until their punishment. An inmate shall be warned if they are in a prohibited area (crossed the red line), punched other people or have been seen with non-lethal contraband (fake keycards, hammers, janitor's key etc.) Guards must also frisk them using the handcuff, when taking the inmate to Maximum security or to the Solitary confinement.
Solitary Confinement[]
When a prisoner is sent to Solitary Confinement, they will be forced to stay there for 2 minutes, and cannot switch to any other teams besides inmates. Prisoners shall be sent to Solitary Confinement if they have been seen with lethal contraband but didn't use it.
Maximum Security[]
Similar to Solitary Confinement, prisoners are stuck in Maximum Security for 2 minutes. Inmates are to be sent to Maximum Security if they reach 3 warnings, kill someone or attack someone with lethal weapon.
Modcalls and staff punishments[]
Modcalls are a system that you can use to call an SV Admin/Member of GA in the game. There, you are to provide as much evidence of a rule broken by any other player. You can make a modcall by typing "modcall [reason]" in the chat, remember to change the text between the brackets as of why you are making the modcall. Staff can also be punished if they break rules. Punishments can include Verbal Warnings, Staff warnings, Tool bans, Chat mute, Kicks, Team bans, Demotions, Rank-locks, Terminations, Server bans, Game bans, Suspensions and Blacklists.
