Handcuffs are used to transport, frisk, detain and arrest criminals and inmates, If you are on the High command team or Overseer Command team you can also use them to cuff and fire staff if they are not following the rules correctly.
Handcuffs are given to All staff teams (OC, ERT, CORR and HICOMM).
