How To Join[]
To join the High Command you need to be ranked Community Advisory Council or higher in the group. Then, you need to click on settings, scroll down, and click "High Command". This will reset you, and bring to you the High Command offices (High Command spawn).

Glock-17, Staff Handcuffs, M4A1, AKM, Riot Shield, Taser. The ERT team excluding the AKM.
Uniform[]
Unlike the rest of the teams, the High Command team is allowed to equip their avatar.

Limitations[]
No limitations, except the ones set by Community Management and the Intelligence Agency.
Abilities[]
Players on this team receive the AKM, as well as the ability to cuff and damage anyone (even other members of High Command).
